Almost 40 million Americans suffer the effects of stress and anxiety. Stress leads to increased cortisol production, reduces immune function, and is linked to the development of heart disease, asthma, depression. headaches, GI disorders, obesity, and diabetes, to name a few.

Acupuncture has been shown to have a positive impact in reducing not just perceived stress, but also brain waves measured both before and after treatment.
